Graduation Requirements
A commencement ceremony is held each spring for students graduating with Associates degrees, Technical Certificates (with the exception of nursing), and Certificates of Proficiency. Graduation is not an automatic process. To be considered for graduation, submit the Application for Graduation to the Registrar. Your application will be certified if you:
- Successfully complete all courses within your program requirements with a minimum cumulative 2.00 GPA;
- Successfully complete the required number of credits;
- Complete 15 credits as a regular College of the Ouachitas student;
- Satisfy all financial obligations due to College of the Ouachitas;
- Order your cap and gown in the College of the Ouachitas Bookstore.
