Activities I & II - Year 4 Objectives
Activity I
Title III will provide professional development to the College of the Ouachitas faculty to increase the use of instructional technologies to improve teaching strategies. Professional development workshops will be given to improve the reinforcement of basic skills in Gateway classes.
Activity II
The College of the Ouachitas Foundation believes that philanthropy is the initiative that occurs when people respond to needs with a desire to affect positive change. The Foundation is a viable organization that develops and stewards relationships and funds that contributes to the quality of life in the community.
The College of the Ouachitas Foundation board will work to enlarge the Alumni Network, increase the fundraising data base, and increase donations to the Foundation.
